Here's a message from Diane regarding her†personal wellness plan?
Let me say, I am honored to receive this recognition although I?m not 100% certain it is due me.†I would like to say something very profound about why I started exercising on a regular basis.†However, the real reason is that closet full of clothes that I keep out- growing!†I told myself, ?This has to stop!?†We?ve all seen the commercials where they say, ?and all I did was walk?.††I realized I can do that!†We have the Fit Center here on Campus with state of the art fitness equipment; and, it?s free.†††So, I get up at 4 a.m. †every morning in order to walk before work.†I definitely feel much better!†I don?t really eat unhealthy; but, I do love my sweets.†I?m trying to cut back; and, I?m doing okay.†Alright, truthfully, I?m not; but, I?m trying and that?s what counts!†So, take control and join me.†All I do is walk!
